1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using NPF BlueSeal (the "Service," "App," "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined here, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing the platform to generate petitions, extract documents via OCR, upload files, or spend credits.

These Terms govern your use of the Service, the AI algorithms that power document formulation, and all resources contained within your personal dashboard.

2. Description of the Service

NPF BlueSeal serves as an AI-powered document platform specifically engineered to assist users with:

• Transforming raw, drafted, or written statements into fully structured, official-style legal petitions.
• Uploading internal PDFs, exhibits, or images to a document library for safekeeping.
• Utilizing Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to extract viable text from uploaded images and documents.
• Managing active, ongoing case files with organized metadata, generated summaries, and chronological tracking.

We provide the infrastructure and necessary automated intelligence, but the ultimate usage and output of these petitions belong to the user.

3. User Eligibility & Accounts

To use NPF BlueSeal, you must complete the setup of an account utilizing accurate, current, and true information (such as your full name, rank, and command). You are completely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials securely within the Supabase authentication layer we facilitate.

You agree that you will immediately notify us of any unauthorized usage or compromised passwords. NPF BlueSeal is geared towards law-enforcement professionals, court officials, and designated legal operators. You agree that you are lawfully permitted to utilize the documentation generated.

4. Credit-Based Usage & Payments

NPF BlueSeal operates on a transactional 'credit-based' model for AI generation processes.

• Usage: Document generation—such as structuring a raw statement into a petition—deducts specific credit points from your active balance per prompt or document produced. Similarly, certain OCR extracts may deduct credits as displayed on the dashboard UI.
• Purchases: You may purchase additional credits securely via supported integrated payment gateways. Transactions are strictly authorized by you and immediately reflect in your account post-confirmation. Credits are non-transferable to other users.
• Refunds: Due to the immediate delivery of digital credits and the non-recoverable computational cost of AI processing, all credit purchases are generally considered final and non-refundable unless a verifiable technical failure prevented credits from being awarded. In the case of technical billing flaws, contact our support team.

5. Acceptable Use & Conduct

The platform relies on lawful usage. You agree that you will not:

• Use NPF BlueSeal to maliciously generate fraudulent, forged, defamatory, or completely falsified petitions.
• Upload documents containing abusive, harassing, or unlawfully obtained evidence without proper jurisdiction.
• Attempt to exploit, decode, scrape, or interfere with our servers, API endpoints, or AI algorithms.
• Provide knowingly misleading officer/personnel registration metadata during setup.

NPF BlueSeal reserves the right to immediately freeze or suspend accounts consistently violating acceptable usage parameters.

6. User Responsibilities & AI Content

While we deploy highly sophisticated AI structuring systems, artificial intelligence can sometimes hallucinate, misinterpret, or omit vital details from your raw statements or OCR.

It is strictly the user's operational responsibility to thoroughly review, edit, and fact-check every generated document or summarized diary extract prior to utilizing, downloading, printing, or submitting it externally. NPF BlueSeal does not assume liability for typographical inaccuracies, dropped context, or phrasing errors found inside your generated PDFs or case files.

7. No Legal Advice Disclaimer

NPF BlueSeal is a powerful administrative and document-generation productivity tool. We do not provide legal advice. Nothing generated by the Services should be construed as legal counsel, guaranteed court acceptance, or an official mandate.

Drafting a petition strictly via our app does not automatically equate to a guaranteed official outcome in any legal, criminal, or investigative jurisdiction. You leverage these structured outputs purely at your own discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

Platform License: NPF BlueSeal grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely as intended by our dashboard operations. You do not own any code, styling, or proprietary functionality comprising the app.

Your Content: The raw text statements, images, and documents you upload absolutely belong to you (or your respective official department). You grant us merely the necessary operational license to process, store, and AI-interpret these materials momentarily to formulate your requested generated outputs.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account—resulting in a forfeiture of current credits—without prior notice or liability if you drastically breach the terms established herein. Following termination, you actively lose access to the platform, your generated document historical library, and active case files.

10. Warranties & Limitations

The Service is thoroughly provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We disclaim all warranties of any kind, explicit or implied.

Under no circumstances shall NPF BlueSeal, its developers, or its stakeholders be held heavily liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your usage—or inability to use—the Service, including data loss from your uploaded libraries or unforeseen financial fallout.

You continuously agree to indemnify and hold harmless NPF BlueSeal against all claims arising strictly from the documents you submit, distribute, or generate.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service are bound mathematically and legally. Any disputes stemming from your usage will be governed by the laws of [Insert Default Jurisdiction / Nigerian Federal Law], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

NPF BlueSeal constantly evolves. We explicitly reserve the absolute right to replace, amend, or modify these Terms of Service cleanly at our discretion at any given time. If a revision drastically impairs your previous rights or credit utility, we will notify you upon subsequent login or via email. By pressing forward with the service after updates, you accept the refreshed terms.
